Peruvian food will never cease to fascinate me so I am always on the lookout for restaurants that I have never tried before. Dr. Limón Ceviche Bar has been around since 2012 and I can’t believe that I missed it for such a long time. 

One of my dining companions, Miss G., was in town. It was the perfect opportunity to have a bite at Dr. Limón.

The restaurant is not very big. It is a vibrant space, full of spunk and packed to the brim with diners. The decoration is simple and modern with a gigantic blackboard behind the ceviche bar filled with witty sayings and some of the menu written in chalk.

The menu follows a medical theme with Dr. Limón (Dr. Lime) dispensing different remedies for your ailments. From ceviches, to tiraditos to main courses, everything is covered here. The dessert selection is also fantastic and there are al least 7 natural juices to choose from.
