Bellini Italian Bistro in Miami

On a sunny Saturday we went to have lunch at Bellini Italian Bistro, this time with our famous dining companion, Miss G. All the food was tasty and yummy, the perfect meal for an utterly beautiful day.

We started with the Calamari Fritti – Fried calamari, fried zucchini and spicy tomato sauce.

The calamari was followed by the Bruschette Miste – a  combination of three bruschettas, each with a distinct character: tomato-basil, wild mushroom, and artichoke-fontina cheese. My favorite was the wild mushroom.

I love Parma ham, so we ordered the Prosciutto Crudo Pizza – Tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano and Parma prosciutto. It was incredibly cheesy and full-flavored.

I am not a dessert person, but the Panna Cotta Con Fragole was spectacular – this vanilla custard with fresh strawberries was to die for.
