Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today, I’m embarking on a journey to create the most comforting of treats: chocolate chip cookies. They bake for a little bit until they’re just right. Sometimes, for fun, I use M&Ms instead of chocolate chips. Simple as that, and you’ve got some seriously tasty cookies. This recipe is by Dzung Lewis, AKA Honeysuckle, and it is an absolute winner.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350o F.
  2. Melt and carefully brown the butter.
  3. In a large bowl mix the sugars, eggs,
vanilla, salt, baking soda, and the butter.
  4. Once mixed add the flour and the
chocolate chips at the same time and mix
well, until you see no flour in the dough.
  5. Scoop into round dough balls on a
    parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350o F.
  6. Cool and serve

Tips
Use M and M’s instead of chocolate chips.
