Now & Then: A Collection of Recipes for Always by Tessa Kiros

I pre-ordered this book a long time ago, and it was finally published on August 3rd, 2023. I waited for it with great expectation and was not disappointed. I have been a passionate fan of Tessa for years, and her photographer for this beautiful book, Manos Chatzikonstantis, has also been one of my favorite food photogs.

Dive into Tessa Kiros’s cookbook, filled with over 150 incredible recipes she loves to make. So far, I have tried four of her recipes: simple ones like Gnocchi della Casa, Spaghetti al Pomodoro, Guacamole, and the Chocolate Ice Cream. All delicious!

Tessa has lived in the Tuscan hills for 20 years, but she’s cooked food from around the world. She grew up in South Africa and England, traveled to places like Mexico and New Orleans, and visited family in Finland and Greece. Now, she’s into cooking with many plants and fresh ingredients – elements highlighted in this book.
