Featuring local produce and homegrown herbs, sustainable seafood and natural meats, Essensia Restaurant launches new seasonal dinner menus, representing the very best summer has to offer in South Florida. Exemplifying the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy, Essensia’s culinary team continues to evolve their ‘natural gourmet’ cuisine concept of globally inspired dishes that are healthy, creative, and flavorful. By using premium ingredients, locally sourced produce, meats and sustainable seafood, Essensia strives to give patrons a satisfying and rewarding dining experience.

Standout dishes include Gulf-Caught Corvina Tiradito featuring Radish, Avocado, Passion Fruit, Coconut, Cilantro, Scallion, Jalapeno and Garden Mint grown in Essensia’s Organic Chef’s Garden; Mamey Caprese featuring Local Mamey, Local Burrata, Arugula, Garden Cinnamon Basil, Crispy Prosciutto, Pistachio Oil, Aged Balsamic and Fleur de Sel; Glass Noodle Salad served with Thai Marinated Key West Shrimp, Local Mango, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Radish, Mint, Cilantro, Toasted Peanuts, and Sweet Chile-Citrus Vinaigrette; Local Snapper seared with Tomatoes, Olives, and Capers served with Toasted Quinoa, Grilled Corn, Pumpkin Seeds and Grilled Mini Peppers; Grilled Gulf-Caught Corvina featuring Fennel-Apple-Celery Root Slaw with Citrus, Fresh Herbs, Marcona Almonds, Caramelized Sunchokes and Roasted Haricot Vert; Grass Fed Filet Mignon served with Creamy Polenta, Paradise Farms Oyster Mushrooms with Leeks and White Wine Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Balsamic Demi and Truffle Essence; Natural, Grass Fed Bone-in Rib Eye Cowboy Steak for 2 served with Peppercorn Demi and a choice of two sides. Vegetarian entrée options include Eggplant Parmesan featuring Roasted Zucchini, Fresh Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Roasted Tomato-Red Pepper Sauce and Kale Pesto and 3 Bean Chipotle Ragout featuring Black, Pint and Kidney Beans stewed with Chipotle, Tomato and Maple served with Creamy Polenta, Local Mango and Fresh Cilantro. The menu includes many other items that are exceptional both in flavor and innovation.
