On June 16th, Steak 954 will honor Father’s Day with a seaside dinging experience including an exceptional brunch and dinner menu and complimentary hand rolled cigars.  Treat your loved ones to brunch offerings includingDuck Confit Hash, poached eggs, potato cakes, orange relishSweet Brioche Bacon Beignets and dinner specials including Tuna Tar Tar, wasabi vinaigrette, nori dust and won ton chips and a delectable 18 oz. Kansas City Strip. Treat Dad to a Chocolate Stout Soufflé with caramelized coffee bean ice cream and relax with one of the two uniquely crafted Father’s Day cocktails, “The Old School” and “Dad’s Glory”, recipes provided below. Last but not least, keep the memory lingering far beyond the dining experience by enjoying a hand rolled cigar created just for Dad from 1pm-4pm.

Cocktails
“The Old School”

·         Absinthe coated glass

·         1.5oz milagro blanco

·         .5oz luxardo maraschino

·         1/3oz lemon juice

·         Shake with ice, serve on rocks glass and top with prosecco.

“Dad’s Glory”

·         1 egg white

·         1/2oz agave

·         1oz lemon juice

·         1 burnt rosemary sprig

·         Dry shake all of the above

·         2oz bushmills whiskey

·         Strain into martini glass

·         3 drops of bitters
