A few months back, I was driving on U.S. 1, and saw a sign that said “Kimchi.” Curiosity got the better of me – I just had to go check it out.
It was a pleasant surprise to enter this grocery store; I was like a kid in a toy store. Kimchi carries a vast array of Asian products at reasonable prices. There are goods from Japan, China and especially Korea. As the name of the shop indicates, they have fresh kimchi, made in-house, both the Napa Cabbage and the Garlic Chive varieties.
Kimchi now our favorite Asian market. It is always a treat to go there and find new products that we are not familiar with. The staff is friendly and very helpful and always willing to answer any questions with a smile.
