Crispy Cutlets

These delicious cutlets are ready in no time. Choose your prefered meat and make sure it is thinly pounded with the back of a heavy frying pan or a mallet. Everybody likes these crunchy and golden slices of goodness. Prep-time is minimal and the kids will be especially happy it is dinnertime.


  • 4 pounded cutlets (pork, veal, chicken, turkey, beef)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs


  1. Pound meat of choice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Coat in flour, dredge in egg, coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry on each side until golden, about 3-4 minutes each side.


Serve with mashed potato, fries, coleslaw, or salad. Squeeze a lemon on it for extra zest.
