These delicious cutlets are ready in no time. Choose your prefered meat and make sure it is thinly pounded with the back of a heavy frying pan or a mallet. Everybody likes these crunchy and golden slices of goodness. Prep-time is minimal and the kids will be especially happy it is dinnertime.
- 4 pounded cutlets (pork, veal, chicken, turkey, beef)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- Pound meat of choice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat in flour, dredge in egg, coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry on each side until golden, about 3-4 minutes each side.
Serve with mashed potato, fries, coleslaw, or salad. Squeeze a lemon on it for extra zest.
