On a perfect afternoon on the rooftop of The Betsy Hotel in South Beach we had the ideal gathering to celebrate the holidays and each other.

Brilliant sun, lovely food, a stunning view. The best thing was that it took place from 2pm to 5pm, during working hours, so it was a real treat for me as I do not like to drive at night and could still get home on time. Unlike most of the population, night time is not my best party time.

The food was really good, a bit trendy but right on point and excellent for the setting.

I would love to come here for my next Getaway with the chickens.
