Back in 2012, I went to this restaurant in Miami Beach, which no longer exists. I loved both the presentation and the flavors of the food but I am not going to say anything about a place that is gone forever.
Hard to say what factors contribute to the failure of a restaurant. It is a shame as this one served such good, pretty food. The Beef Cheeks in particular, were unforgettable.
Insalata Caprese – Fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil, tomato tartar served with a mix of sprouts and red balsamic vinegar reduction
Pork Belly Confit – Grilled pork tenderloin on mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach
Braised Beef Cheeks in red wine reduction with cauliflower purée
Sea Bass – served with couscous on a bed of olives
