These personal mini-pizzas are ideal for a quick and fun meal. They are easy to make and a joy to put together as you can mix and match the sauces, toppings and types of cheese. Great for a weeknight treat or weekend lunch. A truly “interactive” meal for both kids and adults. Try them and fall in love with their deliciousness.
Ingredients
- 4 frozen garlic naans
- Sauce
- Toppings
Preparation
- Spread desired sauce and cheese on the frozen naan.
- Place the chosen toppings on the naan.
- Pop into a 375-degree oven, for 12 to 15 minutes.
Sauce / Toppings Suggestions
For the sauce – Marinara, Alfredo, cream cheese, BBQ sauce, pesto sauce, pizza sauce.
For the cheese – mozzarella (shredded or cut in pieces), shredded cheddar, shredded Monterey jack, shaved parmesan.
For toppings – roasted chicken, cilantro, sliced red onions, arugula, pepperoni, bacon, ham, seasoned ground beef, curry chicken, sliced meatballs, break an egg on it, cooked veggies, etc, etc.
Just put whatever you like on each naan and enjoy it!
